Windows 10: I can't type a certain words using Chinese Pinyin after disable Hyper-V

So, I installed an app called Android, a China app to play a mobile game. It required me to disable Hyper-V, which I did to ensure the game ran smoothly. However, after uninstalling both the game and Android, I didn't even play the game, it was just a few minute in between installing and uninstalling it, my laptop started behaving strangely. Initially, the Photo app wouldn't open images, instead, it displayed "This app won't open." Reinstalling Photo app didn't fix it, so I opted for another photo viewer software called Irfan View, which resolved the issue. Then, I encountered prob

Hyper-V lets you run an operating system or computer system as a virtual machine on Windows. Before proceeding in disabling
Hyper-V, please create a backup of your files for security purposes.

To disable Hyper-V, please follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Turn Windows Features on or off and press
  Enter.
• Look for the Hyper-V folder.
• Uncheck the tick-box next to the main Hyper-V folder and click
  OK.
• Restart your PC.
