Windows 10: I can't type anything and not able to move my pad

With my windows 11 computer I searched up a random turtoral on how to stop apps for running in the back round, after that I switched off my computer too take a break from it. When I can bake I couldn't type in the password so I had to use the tape feature thingy. Now that I'm signed in I see that I can't use my mouse pad. So I can't type, can't move my mouse pad and have no idea on what to do

I have tried the steps you suggested. It showed no issues, except to restart my PC. At the point when I performed these steps, I didn't have the issue that I reported - namely, not being able to use touch-pad gestures. Maybe I should try this when the touch-pad
gestures stop working.
