Windows 10: I can't type anything on my search bar,windows exploler search,wifi password

I have old Netbook runing Windows 10 1909 my netbook specs 1.6Ghz Atom CPU 2GB DDR2 Ram i have a issue i cant type anything on Windows Explorer Search , Search Bar , i even Can't type my wifi password

I cannot type in Windows Start Menu, Search Bar and even cannot type the WiFi Password. I tried the steps in the below link and it didn't work.

If you meant the Cortana search bar, review the suggested solutions on these threads:

Trouble with search bar (won´t find data)

Hi Jan,

I Would suggest you follow the steps below and see if it helps:

Step 1: On the Search bar type “cmd”. Right Click on the Command Prompt option and select Run as Administrator. (If prompted for a password, type the password and click Allow)

Step 2: DISM TOOL

• Type Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth
  and click Enter.
• Type Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth
  and click Enter.
• Type Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  and click Enter.
