Windows 10: I can't type on my keyboard to login

When I turn on my PC I can't type any letters on my keyboard, but the numbers work fine. Iv'e already tried using different ports and even bought a new keyboard, but the same problem keeps happening. I even tried to use the on screen keyboard to login, but the same problem was happening. I've restarted my computer, totally powered it down, and the problem is still going on.

Touch keyboard pops up at login

Hi Mon,

The on-screen keyboard pops up on the login screen if the Use On-Screen Keyboard
option is enabled. For us to disable this option, please follow these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Type Ease of Access Center, and then press Enter.
• Click on the Use the computer without a mouse or keyboard link.
• Under Type using a pointing device option, uncheck the
  Use On-Screen Keyboard box.

Can't login to new computer w/Windows 10

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

If the above steps didn't work, we suggest that you disable the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Please follow these steps:

• Click on Start.
• Type Services, and then press Enter.
• On the right pane, look for Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service. Double-click on it.
• Locate the Startup Type drop down, and change it to Disabled.
• Click on Apply button to save changes.
• Click on OK button to close the Touch Keyboard and Handwriting Panel Service
  window.
