Windows 10: I cant uninstall "Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable x86"

So i tried A LOT of things, i tried following these methods https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/i-have-a-problem-regarding-microsoft-visual-c-2019/917b7704-bfe2-436d-9993-315700f73857 is there other way to uninstall that vc_redist?

Run appwiz.cpl > select each instance of the 2015, 2017, and 2019 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables (x86 and x64) > Uninstall. Then proceed with installing the 2015-2019 Redistributables.

I tried both solutions - installing and running the Install and Uninstall troubleshooter, and deleting the related keys in the registry.

When running the troubleshooter, Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 were not visible on the list of programs. However, Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 and below was.

When going into the registry, none of the files located in that directory could be found when searching "C++ 2019 x86 Minimum Runtime - 14.27.29112".
However, searching "14.27.29112" yielded some keys, which were deleted. The computer was restarted afterwards. Still, when attempting to install the latest Visual C++ 14.27.29112, the same error is given.
