Windows 10: I can't unlock achievements and can't see my playtime

I can't unlock my achievements and I can't see my playtime on PC. I am using Windows 11 and I could only find solutions for windows 10 but these solutions didn't work for me. I want to unlock my achievements which I already unlocked and see my playtime.

Normally, achievements will be unlocked once you complete a certain task, mission or challenge on the game. If you recently installed the game on your computer, I suggest that you uninstall the game first, and then reset the Windows Store cache by performing
the following steps:

• Press Windows key + X on your keyboard.
• Click on Command prompt (Admin).
• Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.
• Reinstall the game in question.
• Once done, attempt to unlock the achievement again.

If the achievements still don't unlock, I suggest that you raise this to our
Achievements Support team by taking the survey on this
link. They will help us to double check your account and validate if you completed the requirements to unlock an achievement on the game.

Nokia Lumia 1020 International work on T-Mobile LTE?

I am currently living in Germany getting ready to move back to the US and interested in using T-Mobile as my service provider. Yesterday, the Nokia Lumia 1020 was announced exclusively for AT&T in the US. I have questions:

• If I buy an unlocked International version of the 1020 here in Europe, will it achieve maximum data speeds on T-Mobile's LTE network?
• If not will an unlocked AT&T version work on T-Mobile LTE?

I'm reading that because of T-Mobile's LTE band 4, some unlocked phones will not achieve LTE speeds on T-Mobiles network. Long story short, I want the Nokia 1020 but I want it to get LTE speeds on T-Mobile's network...possible or not?

I'm have a T-Mobile Dash and it's currently on the T-Mobile system. I'm looking to unlock so I can use another service provider. Any suggestions on how I can find the software to unlock the device?
