Windows 10: I cant unscrew: Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Desktop 8000

Can I get instructions on how to disassemble a Microsoft 8000 wireless keyboard? The buttons on my Microsoft 8000 wireless keyboard stopped working: QWASD, to diagnose the problem I have to disassemble the keyboard, after unscrewing all the screws I cannot disassemble it. There are no instructions or videos on the Internet showing how to do this, please help.

Wireless Entertainment Desktop 7000, issues with wireless keyboard and mouse bluetooth connection using Transceiver, WIndows 10

We understand how frustrating it could be when devices do not work the way they supposed to and we truly appreciate the time and effort that you have taken to work on this issue. However, we see that the wireless Desktop 7000 you are currently using is not
compatible with Windows 10, which might be the reason for the issue you are facing.

We would suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to install the driver from the repository and check if it resolves the issue.

1. Open Device Manager.
2. Right click on wireless keyboard and mouse driver and select Update driver.
3. Click on Let me pick from a list of device on my computer.
4. Click on Browser my computer for device software.
5. Select Human Interface Device and click on USB composite device.
6. Then follow on-screen instructions to complete the process.

If the issue still persists, check for the version of Microsoft Mouse and keyboard center installed on your computer, as entertainment keyboard 7000 and wireless laser mouse 8000 is supported by
