Windows 10: I can't update from 23H2 to 24H2 due to unable update system reserved system partition

I tried the first way to fix it in the https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/topic/-we-couldn-t-update-system-reserved-partition-error-installing-windows-10-46865f3f-37bb-4c51-c69f-07271b6672acthrough GPT parition but it didn't work

Are you implying DISM is showing a message about bootmgr? What is the message exactly? You may need to use a different DISM syntax and point to a /source:
