    I can't update my windows because, access denied from wuaserv


    Iam having trouble installing windows updates and apps from the microsoft store. When i try to install any app from the microsoft store I get the message "Windows Update is disabled. You can repair Windows Update by running the Windows Update troubleshooter in Settings " along with the code "0x80070422". I've tried various ways but still can't, and I read a question on Microsoft that it is recommended for repair installation. Will when I try to repair installation with Create Windows 10 installation media on the website will remove my default windows from the laptop? because my default windows from the original laptop, I was afraid that it would disappear, please help me about that issues

    • Are you getting any error messages when checking for updates?
    • Confirm the most recent KB update that your computer is trying to install. To check, refer to the steps below:
    • Press Windows key + I, then select Update & Security.
    • Go to Windows Update, select View installed update history.

    Meanwhile, the issue might also occur due to corruption in Windows Update component files. We suggest that you perform the steps in this
    article.

    Also, try to perform the steps below to troubleshoot the "Access Denied" error:

    • Press Windows key + E to open File Explorer.
    • Copy the files that you want to zip.
    • Paste it in the Downloads folder.

    After following the steps suggested, I get the message "Access denied" in command prompt.

    Please advise how to allow permission.
