Windows 10: I can't update to Windows 10 version 2004 through Windows update

I have a new Ryzen 5 gaming computer that's more then good enough to run the new update but it's saying my computer isn't supported so it's not letting me upgrade I was part of the Windows insider and want to get the new October update but now I can't

Windows 10 Update

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.
