Windows 10: I can't update to Windows 11 because my TPM 2.0 is not enabled but can't turn it on in BIOS...

Discus and support I can't update to Windows 11 because my TPM 2.0 is not enabled but can't turn it on in BIOS... in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; When I go into the BOIS menu I can't find a way to turn it on.     When I go into the BOIS menu I can't find a way to turn it on. Also, my BOIS mode is UEFI but I don't know if that changes anything

    TPM Enabled in Bios, but not showing up in windows

    I have a Windows 11 computer, and have been running Windows 11 for many months now, however when I went to install a new game I got error saying TPM 2.0 not installed, after checking sys info and device manager it appeared TPM was not enabled, however it is enabled in bios. I have tried restarting, uninstalling TPM and restarting, updating TPM through device manager (Although it said no update was available), updating BIOS, turning FTPM on and off in BIOS. Windows requires TPM 2.0 and BIOS says its enabled so it must be enabled and working, but why is it not showing up?

    I am using a Ryzen 5 5600x, RTX 3070Ti, 32GB Ram, Windows 11 Home, and Aorus B550 Elite AX V2 Motherboard

    Hi Luke-

    Is Secure Boot also turned on in BIOS?

    Are you checking in System Information? What tells you WIndows doesn't recognize it exactly?

    If you still can't get it recognized in Windows, then I'd run a Repair Install to see if it's picked up this time. A Repair Install reinstalls WIndows while saving your files and apps in place, brings it up to the latest version by the most stable method, takes about an hour, resolves most problems: https://www.yourwindowsguide.com/2016/06/how-to...

    If you boot into BIOS, then go to Advance - Trusted Computing, do you not find TPM or PTT listed there?

    What method did you use to install Windows 11 without TPM being enabled?
