I cant upgrade since 1511, several BSODs always in last reeboot

    Hi all

I'm not new in windows world, I used it since the first version...
even when MS world was DOS...
ok... But Win 10 has undergone major modifications in the way that it works, administration and troubleshooting..
at beginning I almost suppose that I have to go back to College...
but studding let me understand all this "new" way to do thing at MS windows world...
So let me explain the problem that I have in my little portable with a atom CPU..
I know that Ms stop upgrading a few atoms and C7s... but I believe that it's not my case.
And I believe too that everyone already understand that this is a upgrade problem...
My atom came with windows 7 installed... then in the middle of 2016 I made the upgrade to win 10...
I lose a few programs, but that weren't a problem.. I use this machine to look for mail, FB and to make administration for router/AP in the house... (at the sofa, its a 10")
That upgrade work without any problems what so ever....
I install all the possible update that I could for W10 (1511)..
and the only problem that I have now is... the upgrades for the new/next versions of win 10 (it naggs me).
So the upgrade begins, takes 4 hours, does its reeboots and in the last one... BSOD!
there are several different errors... but the must common is the :
    Driver_IRQL_Not Less_or_Equal
    ACPI.sys

the error code itself, that changed along time but the last one is: 0x80070652
an old one 0x80240017........,that i find in my notes..

sometimes in the event viewer it tells that the upgrade completes, but of course it didn't.
So I think that the problem is in the final stage when is booting for the final tests/configuration...

Attention, I receive the updates that appear to Win 10 1511, but the problems is when it try to upgrade to 1603.
After the bsod, in the next reeboot the installer try to recover, fails and return to the last good version...
Generally after that I do a chkdsd, a sfc and Dism.. and lately it looks that the win does the verification by itself...

ok I run your little utility and I'm uploading the zip:
    MAG-PC (12-01-2018 21 22).zip

unfortunately it didn't find any minidumps...
(it already pass a few days since the last attempt to upgrade...)

    hardware:
    CPU: atom iN450
    mobo: Intel
    c7-NB:.. SB: iCH7
    memory: 2Gb
    graphics: intel WSVGA 1024×600
    sound: Realtek
    RJ45 - Realtek
    wifi - Realtek RTL8192S (MSI ?) 802.11 b/g/n
    cardReader: Realtek
    Touchpad: Synaptics
all USB3 ports woks without any problem...

    tanks in advance

PS: I made several test to the hardware, it shows no error in the HD, motherboard or memory .

    :)

    Hi tanks for answer...
Yes I was already thinking on that....
I'm finishing a problem with a friends PC...
after that I will do a Macrium BK for this machine...
I believe its a driver problem... the problem is I don't know which is the faulty one...
one of my ideas is the driver and software that support the special keys of the keyboard (fn+F1-10).. Is the only thing that's not working..
(at first work normally, but after an update stop working normally) and as far as I know Intel stop doing updates for W10... (if they developed any... I didn't find anything)
so my idea it will be this:
    make the backup;
uninstall the faulty drivers, reeboot and see what happens... Bsod, win finds something, do nothing??...
try to make a new upgrade automatically... If I get a BSOD I will try to recover de minidumps...

    lets see

note: I made a mistake in the first post, this machine doesn't have USB3 ports only USB2...
