Discus and support I cant upgrade windows 11 to 24H22 I get 0x80070002 - 0x200-07 failed in safe-os phase... in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I tried uninstalling Acronis anti virus.     I cant upgrade windows 11 to 24H22 I get 0x80070002 - 0x200-07 failed in safe-os phase...


    I tried uninstalling Acronis anti virus. I couldn't clear SoftwareeDistribution because it was in use even after stopping update. System is HP Pavillion i7 running 23H22. I also tried repair to repair the system files - it also failed with 0x80070002 .Update runs to 63% then restarts - says "working on updates 0%" then undoes changes. Frustrating!Thank you!
