Windows 10: i cant use app volume and device peferences

i dont have system>sound do somebody know what is happening?

How to correlate \Device\Harddiskvolume# with \\?\Volume{GUID} ....

Different commands/tools refer to volumes in different manner.

• With BCDEdit we get reference to the volumes in the form : \Device\HarddiskVolume2
• With Mountvol we get the volume label in the form : \\?\Volume{GUID} .... e.g. \\?\Volume{dda4d94d-7fb8-442d-8332-b0ce993d133c}\
• With diskpart we get them in the form Volume # (with List Volume)

How to correlate them? Couldn't find a comprehensive description anywhere.

 

Win 10 Netflix app bug : constant 100% volume

I solved this issue by disabling "Exclusive Mode" for the playback device.

Step by step:

1. Right click on the taskbar volume icon
   
2. playback devices
   
3. right click on your default audio device
   
4. properties
   
5. Advanced Tab
   
6. uncheck "Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device"
   
7. Apply

type in list volume..... your array volume should come up.... if so

type in Select volume 7
assign
