Windows 10: i cant use external apps, like chrome, on my windows 11 laptop due to an organisation...

exactly what it says on the tin, my lenovo slim 3i has been a bit of an issue for a while, but after an update went badly, i had to restart during it, and now windows, even after a factory reset, thinks both accounts on the laptop are part of an organisation, even though settings lists them as not being part of one, if anyone is able to help, that would be amazing, i've tried to upload an image, but it didn't work, any help would be amazing, thank you to any members of support that may help

Chrome stuck on white screen at start up

Thank you for the reply, here are my experiences with each step you put forth:

1. Not relevant, done this on laptop already.
   
2. Cannot due this given I cannot access Chrome settings.
   
3. Cannot due this given I cannot access Chrome settings.
   
4. I already indicated in my post that I did a fresh install of Chrome, but for the sake of your kind advice I did it again and it still did not solve my problem.
   

Do you have any other possible suggestions?

Mail app will not open on 10041.

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)
