Windows 10: I can't use MS Store purchases, Please Login

Also cloud data won't sync.


I've changed my email address on the store the domain expired on the old one, and since the change I can't play or use any purchases, even free items are problematic.


I can download and install, I can run them, but they just keep asking me to log in. Which I have done, of course!

I can view my library, I can even make new purchases, but they just refuse to let me use them... please login is all I get.


I've gone into app and reset the MS store.

I've run this in powershell as admin Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.WindowsStore Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$$_.InstallLocation\AppXManifest.xml"}


I've run wsreset.exe as admin


I've updated and rebooted


Nothing changed.

Online activation and purchase of Windows 10 using PPPOE and MS Store

I have installed a Windows 10 Home using media creation tool from Microsoft. Now I would like to activate it and purchase the valid key. So, I step into Parameters > Activation and select there a Go to Microsoft Store entry. The window with MS store page opens, but when I click on Buy option I get an error code 0x800713AB with a description "Internet Connection required".





Obviously, I am connected to Internet.
But I am using a PPPOE connection which is rather good and MS store page can be opened in browser (although price there is different (higher), heh).

If this may be helpful, after boot I am connecting ("dialing") to my connection manually, this is fine for me. Another interesting feature: in Control Panel > Network and Internet I have a "no Internet Access" notice, but everything works fine. I was also able to install some application from MS Store, although got the same error message, but it installed and worked.

So, how do I get past the 0x800713AB error message and purchase the activation key with usage desktop version of Microsoft Store?

 

640 from MS store on T-mobile, update to 10

Has anyone receive 10 on a 640 from T-Mobile?

Have a 640 purchased at a MS store, supposedly unlocked but boxed for T-Mobile. Of course they said when 10 came out it would be updated and the update would come from MS. Have the Upgrade Advisor and it came back that Upgrade was not avail for my phone
but to check the list, well the 640 is on the list. So after the announcement the other day I checked again, short story is that the Advisor kept saying not avail and then yesterday it stopped working. Un-installed it and re-installed but just says Pending
and won't install so I guess it's 'off line now'. So my question is does any know if the update needs to come from T-Mobile or it will come from MS as I was told. Have done the phone update thing and says I'm current. Next stop will be back to the MS store
and see what happens.

 

Login not accepted for my MS Account

Let me explain, again, what I have experienced:

• I use my MS account to unlock this computer. No problem doing that
• I attempted to use other apps requiring the MS login, like Outlook, or even this forum, and it would not accept the very same credentials I used to unlock the computer
• I used my wife's MS account to login to this forum so that I could seek help
• I have tried resetting my MS account twice, and that did not work either.

I would appreciate suggestions OTHER than wha I have already tried
