Windows 10: I can't use my cd

I was trying to format my 700mb cd and windows detected it has 0 bytes and I could not do anything with it and I did all of the basic troubleshooting methods and none worked and I ran sfc and it said there were coruppted file it could not fix so I ran DISM and It did not work.

• Press "Windows" + "E" button on the keyboard.
• Go to "View > Navigation pane" and select "Show libraries".
• Now in the navigation pane, right-click on the "Music" library under "Libraries" and select "Delete".
• Now right-click on the "Libraries" and select "Restore default libraries".
• Now try to rip.

CD-ROM doesn`t work with win 10

This might have occurred due to corrupted\outdated DVD\CD-ROM driver.

• Expand DVD\CD-ROM drives.

  Right click on the driver select

How to burn a document to a cd in windows 10
