Windows 10: I can't use my headphones, I tried almost everything

Hello, guys.
I recently upgraded from windows 7 to windows 10 and when I plugged my headphones I noticed that my computer won't recognize them neither in the playback devicesnot appearing at disabled devices too or in the device manager
I thought it's because the headphones were a bit too old and I bought a pair of headset today, but my computer won't recongnize them too.
The microphone from the headset and also the lights are working good I connect them with 3,5mm jack, but the speakears don't work.
Here it's what I've tried:
-uninstall all drivers from device manager and install them again;
-disable the main device sound which is my monitor connected through a HDMI cable, because I found out you can't have an HDMI audio source and an headset connected at the same time
-troubleshooting the audio
-connecting the headset in the back of my computer
I checked my headset on my other PC which has Windows 7 and they worked.
I guess it's because of some drivers which I couldn't find

i would also recommend looking at the Audio Technica m50s if this is your first step into audiophile headphones.

most of the cans you listed will also need an amp to push them.

 

Speakers and headphones work at the same time

• Have you tried connecting your headphones directly to your desktop?
• Does your speaker work normally when connected to your desktop?

You may try the following steps to help resolve your concern:

• Unplug or Disconnect your speaker from the desktop.
• Connect your headphone directly to the desktop.

If the headphone works properly when directly connected to the desktop, we suggest that you contact your speaker manufacturer for assistance.

• Are you getting any error message?
• When did the issue start?
• Were there any recent changes made prior to this?
• Have you tried using a different headphone to isolate the issue?
• What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you set the headphone as the default device on your computer. Here's how:

• Open Control Panel.
• Select Hardware and Sound.
• Click Sound.
• Choose Headphones and click Set default button at the bottom.
• In some cases, there is no headphone option alone, but Speakers/Headphone. If that’s the case, select that and click
  Set default button at the bottom.
• Press OK.

If the issue persists, then you can update your driver by following the steps
