Windows 10: I can't use my microsoft points

Hello, sorry for disturb. So I can't redeem any robux now, it says 'This item is not currently available.'. I have been redeeming robux with points for a year now, this never happened before. Does it mean it's out of stock? Or I just reached the limit of redeeming gifts with points. Please let me know!Thank you.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

I would suggest you to try repairing .NET Framework and check if that helps. Refer the steps mentioned below:

1. Press Windows Logo key + R, to open
   Run dialog box.
   
2. Type control appwiz.cpl,,2 and click on
   OK.
   
3. Clear the checkbox for .NET Framework (4.XX), click on
   OK and reboot your computer.
   
4. After restart, repeat step 1 & 2, select the checkbox for
   .NET Framework (4.XX), click on OK and reboot your computer.
