Windows 10: I can't use my PC error code 0xc0000135 and 0xc0000001

When I Boot my PC it gives me a blue screen of death but green with error code 0xc0000135, then it restarts and gives me a weird blue screen with error code 0xc0000001. this PC is my only PC I tried many ways to fix it but nothing worked, hopefully someone here can help me and I hope I explained my problem correctly.*Moved from Windows insider.

Tried Andre Da Costa suggestion - at the end of the installation process comes the message "Inaccessible boot device" and it reloop again to try to boot.
