    I can't use my touchpad on my laptop no more, it doesn't appear in the Device Manager


    Yesterday I was having issues playing a game, so a friend of mine advised me to install DriverBooster and see if any drivers are outdated and could be the cause of my bugs. I ran the software and updated a LOT of driver, then rebooted my computer. Since the restart my touchpad is not working and I have tried anything to get it to work again.My laptop is a Lenovo Y540-15IRH.I tried installing new drivers manually from Lenovo's website, Synaptics' website I'm not sure of the manufacturer of the touchpad, and have looked upon other topics about the same issue on the same laptop. Can't solve the

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    my 3Dprinter doesn´t appear

    My 3D printer doesn´t appear on when I open 3D builder on the left popup to choose printer.

    Is it need to do any previous step?? I thought It was plug and play. the printer is an UP Plus2 from Tiertime so, it is one of the recommended partners manufaturers. any message of error just doesnçt possible to send the prin.

    Hi Paloma, thanks for your help, I haven`t been able to solve the problem, I can`t try the first solution because when I enter to device manager, the driver doesn`t even appear, secondly I tried installing the driver that you gave me, but it didn`t work, and I also installed the manufacturer`s tool and tried scanning for missing drivers, but it said that all the new versions of the drivers were installed. I`m starting to think that maybe its a hardware issue, but I don`t think so, because when I first got this laptop it was working, and as soon as I updated the drivers, it stopped working
