I can click Uninstall button, I've never joined a school or organization account, and I'm in serious need of the uninstaller set up to uninstall apps installed from the Microsoft Store!

Yeah unfortunately ASUS and Realtek are not stepping up and fixing this it seems. Wherever I see such problems mentioned on forums some users are suggesting just uninstalling the Realtek driver and using the Windows audio driver.

I suggest you to uninstall the iCloud app completely from the control panel and check.

In Windows 10, Action Centre is where to find your app notifications, as well as quick actions, which give you quick access to commonly used settings and apps. Change your Action Centre settings at any time from the Settings app.

  In the search box, enter settings then select the Settings app.

  Go to System > Notifications & actions.

  Do any of the following:
  
  • 
    Turn notifications on or off for some or all apps.
    
  • 
    Choose whether to see notification banners when a notification arrives.

Can´t change flicks settings (these settings are managed by admin)

I am having this same exact issue. I haven't found a solution anywhere. I've done the same steps you have as well. I'm running Windows 10 Pro and still no luck. Did you ever find a solution?
