Windows 10: I can't use the clipboard function of win 10

I have the clipboard history function activated and it does not work and I also have the message: "Some of these options are hidden or managed by the organization" that already appeared some time ago in other settings and I managed to deactivate it, but it appears again, how do I fix these two problems.

Clipboard history in Win 10 - 20H2

thanks for your answer. But all of your suggestions have we already tried on different machines in our domain. As I wrote in my initial post the issue did not appear when using our former Win 10 1809 image. When upgrading Inplace these machines to 20H2 the feature is keeping alive. But when we install the same machine with our 20H2 image from the scratch the Clipboard history feature isn`t available anymore and none of the suggested workarounds or patches couldn`t bring it back.

 

Windows Clipboard's "Win+V" problem

Ever since 20H2 (maybe before?), my 'Win+V' key malfunctions. It shows a transparent window with nothing in it (no Clipboard icon and no history of recent clips), and then disappears totally a minute later. The Event Viewer does show this message without any suggestion on how to correct the problem:
The Clipboard User Service_b1ee0d4 service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 3 time(s).
I should mention that I am still able to cut and paste so the Clipboard Service is still functioning, just not the 'Win+V' key combo.

I'm running Win10 Pro version 21H1 and any suggestions would be appreciated.

How to PREVENT deleting of the Clipboard in Windows 10 (WIN+V)

I love my clipboard function.

Tools/Apps have a delete function for better privacy - like LastPass and other kind of it.

Okay - some of these productivity tools disable clipboard emptying.

But ..... sometimes there is a situation and you have to reinstall an app / tool etc. ......

And the dilemma happens ... Everything is gone.

Do you know a solution to protect the WIN 10 clipboard?
