New laptop; can`t verify my microsoft identity

Hi, hope someone can help.

I can`t verify my microsoft account identity on my new HP Envy laptop with Windows 10, because the email address is wrong on the screen box.

I now have to wait 24 hours after 3 attempts, trying to reset the password.

I`ve opened a new Microsoft account (using my old laptop), but can`t use it because I can`t get past the verify setup page on the new laptop.

Any input would be gratefully received.

Microsoft Account Mobile OTP Not Received

I have created a new Microsoft account and added my phone number as a recovery option. But now When I am trying to install anything from Windows Store Microsoft is asking for login and after entering password it's asking for otp but the problem is I didn't receive any otp from Microsoft.

And for the info I have good network connections and it's working fine with others otp verification.

I need to login into my account please help me.

Can't verify Outlook account identity

Go to msn.com and sign in in upper R corner. You should then see your avatar and Outlook will display a badge with number of unread emails. Otherwise click the avatar circle to go to your Account page and see if something is out of whack there. Good Luck
