Windows 10: I can't view my screenshots whenever I click on the file.

Every single photos on my computer cannot be viewed whatsoever. Whenever I click on one of the images, it is simply a black image. Is there a way to fix this?

Thank you for the detailed response. To change the search result's view from content to list, we suggest following the steps below:

• Open the File Explorer and try to search for files.
• In the toolbar, open the View tab and click List
  to change the view.
• Once changed, close the File Explorer.
• Open the File Explorer again and try to search to see if the setting has been retained.

  What is the make and model of the computer?

  What does it exactly mean when you say, “When I start up, it just comes up with the short cuts on the display”?

  Are you able to minimize the windows for the apps using mouse?

  Did you install any third party security application?
  

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to sign out from the current account, restart the computer and log in with Microsoft Account and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

To understand that issue much clearly, I suggest you to attach the screenshot of the file explorer
in List view.
