Windows 10: I changed my system config boot settings and now my PIN won't load I the setup from work.

I was having issues with a game and I wasnt sure how to boot my computer in safe mode first to check and ended up changing the setup from Normal to either diagnostic or selective startup I think selective but it mightve been both if thats possible.Ive tried holding shift on restart and trying it that way but when prompted to sign in to the account the password will not work. I tried changing it and it still wont work. I cant access command prompt because its password locked. I tried going through UFEI I have ASRock and I couldn't find anything that popped out that might help. When I boot u

When I boot up it gives me "Something happened and your PIN isnt available. Click to set up your PIN again" and I try "Set up my PIN" which doesnt change anything.

My idiot brain made a small issue into something much larger.

As the issue started after making some system changes, I suggest you to try performing a system recovery using an installation media and check if it helps. Follow the steps provided below:

• On a working PC, go to the
  Microsoft software download website.
• 
  Download the media creation tool and then run it.
  
• 
  Select Create installation media for another PC.
  
• 
  Choose a language, edition, and architecture (64-bit or 32-bit).
  
• 
  Follow the steps to create installation media, and then select Finish.
  
• 
  Connect the installation media you created to your nonfunctional PC, and then turn it on.
  
• 
  On the initial setup screen, enter your language and other preferences, and then select
  Next. If you're not seeing the setup screen, your PC might not be set up to boot from a drive. Check your PC manufacturer's website for info on how to change your PC's boot order, and then try again.
  
• 
  Select Repair your computer.
  
• 
  On the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot >
  Advanced options > System Restore

Unable to setup Windows Hello, error: incorrect pin

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

May I know the complete error code or error message that you are receiving when you try to setup Windows Hello?

Do you have any other user account on the computer?

If yes, does Windows Hello work on that account?

If Windows Hello is not setup on other account, please setup it up and check if it works so that we can narrow down the issue for you.

I suggest to remove the pin and setup a new pin on the child account and check if it works with Windows Hello.

Please follow the steps below to remove and re-add the PIN:

• Press Windows logo key + I to open Settings.
  
• Select Accounts.
  
• Click on Sign-in options.
  
• Under PIN, remove the pin. There will be prompt to enter password, enter the password and removed the PIN.
  
• After the pin is removed, please click on
  Add to setup pin for the account.
  
• After setting up a new PIN, try to set up Windows Hello.
