Windows 10: I changed my system configuration boot settings and now my PIN won't work

Hello, I have a problem logging into my computer. I tried something from YouTube because my computer didn't want to detect my graphics card so I changed the setting in the system configuration from normal startup to diagnostic startup and restarted my computer. since then it says: “pin code is not available at the moment.” when I press "set pin code" it pops up that I need to find an application in the store. for more information I can also provide photos.

My pc won´t boot Windows 10 from USB/DVD

So I wanted to change from my Windows 10 x32 bits to 64x. I downloaded the Mediacreationtool and used it in both a USB and a DVD. Tried used the usb, the disk and both at the same time but they won´t boot.

I have a P7H55-M motherboard, the BIOS is updated and configured to boot first DVD, second usb and third SATA.

So if someone could help me it´d be great.
