Windows 10: I changed resolution to a higher one on my second monitor and now it doesn’t work?

I connectee my samung tv with my pc for it to be my second monitor and i tried to put it on a higher resolution and now it doesnt work on that cable and i cant lower the resolution. When i connect other hdmi it works but with this cable it doesn’t. The cable is display port to hdmi.

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Monitor not letting me make it a higher resolution

I don't know why all of a sudden my second monitor wont display a higher resolution but it happened after a windows 10 update and I looked every where for a answer but cant find any thing. my second monitor is a TV and out dated but i use to be able to
make it a higher resolution so don't know whats up please help.
