Windows 10: i changed some file permission settings of one of my files now i can't sign in

Discus and support i changed some file permission settings of one of my files now i can't sign in in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; i went into properties into a file which is called "User" and i denied all permissions to it, next time when i turned on my computer i got this message...     i changed some file permission settings of one of my files now i can't sign in


    i went into properties into a file which is called "User" and i denied all permissions to it, next time when i turned on my computer i got this message and all my music and art that i made are gone, is there any way to fix this?
