    I changed the the exe file default value as well as the default values of shell and shellex in the HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT from Registry Editor by mistake... Now I am not able to open any exe file.. When i open any exe file it gives the error "No such interface supported"... I can't understand what to do please someone help me out!!! How to change the values back to default???

    Hi Jesper

    Open the Registry Editor

    Click View and make sure 'Address Bar' is turned on

    Paste this into the Address Bar at the top and hit Enter

    HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\MSInfo.Document\Shell\Open\Command

    Double click Default and set its value date to:

    %SystemRoot%\system32\msinfo32.exe "%1"

    Click OK

    In the same tree, in the left pane, choose Default Icon

    Double click Default and set its value data to:

    %SystemRoot%\system32\msinfo32.exe,-10002

    Click OK and exit the Registry Editor . . .
