Windows 10: I checked/unchecked a lot of boxes, and now my text looks weird

I was having some performance issues with graphics which turned out to be something related to drivers, and I went to a screen and I remember un-checking a lot of boxes, and then my text became all weird, for every app, so it's Windows-wide. I know it was not on the default settings app, but rather something like control panel I am not completely sure. This has really started to bug me especially as typing 'cl' looks like a d. I am pretty sure there were other UI issues too, but I only remember this one as it is the really annoying one. I have tried other internet alternatives, but they al

In the screenshot, I am unable to see any weird outlining. But if you are seeing any issue with the display then I suggest you to try installing all the pending Windows Updates and check for the issue. If the issue still persists then try changing
the resolution and check.

Remote assistance box is checked automatically in Windows 10

I suggest you to Sign out from the current user account, restart the pc and login to the admin account or the Microsoft account to check.

I would also suggest you to do a clean boot and check if any third party apps are causing the issue.
Placing the computer in a clean boot state can reduce software conflicts and help identify the root cause of the issue.

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
