    I clicked on 'Reset and clean up' in settings thinking it would just clean up and restore...


    BUT. It has also removed my Office. WHY. I am now without any office programs and cany really afford to pay again for something I already had. I dont have the original install reg so cant get it back. Any help out there

    Cleaned Computer, Now overclocks have reset?

    Did you take any components out when you cleaned it? Often that will reset things, though on some boards, it will only reset the fsb settings, but not the multiplier. So it underclocks itself. When you say "restore to it's normal self", do you mean with your overclocked sttings or default settings?

    Hi, yes i took the ram out, that is all though, and i want to restore it to it's previous overclocks (3.6, 960mhz, ect)

    Does "Reset" clean/restore the registry

    i don't think it completely restore the registry to its original state.its not like a clean windows install. because i still can't get a trial again when i try to install a software which i used as a trial product before resetting the pc but this does

    not happen when i perform a clean install on my pc.
