Windows 10: I clicked something on my keyboard and now my mouse isn't moving normally.

I did something on my keyboard accidentally and now my mouse is moving in very short strokes. I have to lift it and move it many times just to get it across the screen. I went to the mouse settings and moved cursor speed all the way to fast but it hasn't changed. I'm not sure what I did wrong. I am using Windows 10 with a GeForce mouse and keyboard. Please let me know if you need anymore information.

• Type troubleshooting in the Search bar, and press Enter on the keyboard.
• Click View All.
• Right-click on Hardware and Devices from the list.
• Select Run as Administrator.

Mouse and trackpad will move, but not click

Method 1: I suggest you to run the hardware troubleshooter as below and check if it helps.

Method 2: Update the mouse drivers and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below to update the keyboard drivers

a. Press Windows key + X and select

b. Right-click on the mice, keyboard and game controllers

c. Follow the prompted steps to complete updating the drivers.
