Windows 10: I constantly get error 0x80070462 while trying to sign in with any app with a microsoft account

Whenever I try to sign in with a microsoft account to any app, i get this error: 0x80070462If I try to report it in the feedback hub, i need to sign in in order to receive an answer to my feedback.The result is that i cannot send any feedback because I need to sign in and I am not able to do so.Considering that all microsoft related apps need me to sign in and i need to use the feedback hub in order to solve many other system related problems that occured to me, this is a major issue i need to solve as soon as possible.Pls help

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings > Accounts > Your email and accounts.
• Select Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Once signed in with your Microsoft account on your computer, try signing into the Windows Store app.

Update us with the result.

Error while trying to sign-in to create a Microsoft Account.

As per the description, I suggest that you restart you PC and then try to sign-in using your Microsoft Account and check. I would like to add that you can also switch the current local account that you are using into a Microsoft Account. To do so follow
the steps below

• On the Local account, click Start and then PC Settings.
• Click Users and accounts and under Your Profile click Connect to a Microsoft account.
• Enter the Microsoft account ID and Password and click Next.
• Choose if you want OneDrive as your default file saving location, click Next.
• Click Switch.
