Windows 10: I continue to log in with my ID from another country.

I changed my password about 4-5 times, but people from all over the world keep logging in with my ID and an error message pops up. Is there any way to stop this? Last time, my password was breached once, so I set up a secondary lock, but I still found traces of people trying to access it with my ID from around the world.

Hi guys, I'm from Malaysia & having bought a Lumia 800 yesterday & I'm having this issue. I have signed up for Live ID as you need to have it for Zune & also Marketplace. While signing up I noticed that I have no way of changing the country which is the
"United States" by default. Anyway, I proceeded to continue signing up & used United States as my country. When all these are done & I proceeded to activate my phone's Marketplace. When I opened the Marketplace it shows the United States Marketplace & not
Malaysia's Marketplace. Marketplace is officialy available in Malaysia. I have called Nokia Helpline & they were not helpful either. They kept asking me to sign up another Live ID using hotmail & reset my phone but to no avail. Can anyone has any suggestions
to overcome this issue. Cheers & have a nice week end!

Man, that's it - you have created your Xbox/Zune account with US. Even changing the Hotmail country to Malaysia, the Zune/Xbox account will be US. No way of changing it:

Live ID - Not able to buy apps due to region/country setting

Hi.

I have a pretty "old" windows live id, my live id was created like 10 years ago based on a hotmail account, formally known as "microsoft passport".
this live is is my primary for email, windows 8 login, msdn ID, windows live messenger and so on.
when i try to buy an app on windows phone (lumia 800) it says add credti card.
i can enter the credicard but the country/region field is not editable and it shows USA.. which is wrong.
when i log in on my laptop on account.live.com i see AUSTRIA everywhere - which is the right one.
i cant get over the creditcard step to buy an app. the card is working with other live ids, like my girlfriends.
why is this, where can i enter the country/region field...
