Windows 10: I coudn't find a BitLocker ID

HelloI'm Hadi My border in law has a laptop and after many requests for updated windows, he updated this window but, It turned on after the update windows ask Bitlocker ID and he didn't set BitLocker on before updating windows and didn't sign in with a Microsft Account that set BitLocker Id in his account.He had important data in our drives that were locked with Bitlocker.Can you suggestion to me how to resolve this problem?Thanks

How to recover Bitlocker Recovery ID if lost

I have locked my HDD with help of Bitlocker but missed to save recovery ID.

Please suggest me how to recover/generate bitlocker id to open encrypted HDD. it requires 48 digits bitlocker id to recover HDD.

We suggest doing the following steps again to resolve the issue. To complete the procedure, make sure that you have the following information:

• You must be able to provide administrative credentials.
• The drive must be BitLocker-protected.

To suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption on an operating system drive, please follow the steps below:

• Click Start, click Control Panel, click
  System and Security, and then click BitLocker Drive Encryption.
• Click Suspend Protection for the operating system drive.
• A message is displayed, informing you that your data will not be protected while BitLocker is suspended and asking if you want to suspend BitLocker Drive Encryption.
  
• Click Yes to continue and suspend BitLocker on the drive.
