Discus and support I could not get into acct. on blue screen, kept on saying wrong PW, despite being logged... in Windows Hello & Lockscreen to solve the problem; I'm in my acct on MS and despite my old att.net email being changed 2 years ago, MS references it in all added security checks.     I could not get into acct. on blue screen, kept on saying wrong PW, despite being logged...


    I'm in my acct on MS and despite my old att.net email being changed 2 years ago, MS references it in all added security checks. I have checked my acct. countless times and my Gmail email is listed as my primary email and MS sends PW changes to old email, not new. As a matter of fact I don't get any correspondence through my Gmail acct. from MS, despite being the only email in my profile.I am sure this is why I was unable to use any mechanisms to save my laptop. Had to have IT guy transfer hard drive as there were medical records on it that I was trying to retrieve. Tried changing PW countless

    unable to log into Microsoft acct.

    I am unable to log into MS acct. I have changed PW several times and whenever I try to log in, it says unable to log in at this time try later. For some reason, there was a "generic" acct added to my site and I have deleted that acct. I created a new
    acct, and would like for that acct to become my default however it continues to default to the acct I cant access..It indicates my ATT. acct needs attention.

    this is driving me nuts!! if you have any suggestions, please help..

    trying to log in into microsoft acct but keeps saying wrong password

    i have two computers with the same microsoft acct but on one computer it will not let me log in it keeps saying wrong password

    Trying to delete work acct, forgot pw then told acct does not exist

    I cannot install outlook on my phone and I think it is because I supposedly have a work acct and a personal acct with the same email address. However, when I follow instructions to remove work acct, I have a problem when I do the "connect" it does not
    recognize my pw. I do reset and it tells me no such account. My phone says my pw is incorrect no matter what I put in . I just got a new phone but this didn't help at all.
