Windows 10: I couldn't find bluetooth in my laptop T_T

Hello! I was trying to send some files through bluetooth when I realized I didn't even have it. I had the same problem with my old laptop before I bought another one with the same series ThinkPad. Does it have anything to do with the drivers? I planned to install bluetooth by myself but I wasn't sure if it would be safe or not. Could anyone help me solve my problem? Thank you so much!!

Try this:

Before you get to that message, press SHIFT + F10 to open a command prompt.

Run diskpart.
At the diskpart prompt, run these commands:

list disk

At this point you should see the SSD as disk 0. If it has another disk number, use that number rather than "0" in the next command.

select disk 0
clean
exit (to exit from diskpart)
exit (to exit from the command prompt)





That should clear the contents of the disk. The entire disk space should then show up in Windows setup as "Unallocated Space" as in the screenshot below.

Bluetooth not working on ASUS laptop

There are several factors that may cause this issue. To better assist you, we suggest that you answer the following questions:

• Have you made any recent changes on your device prior to this issue?
• Have you tried disabling and enabling the Bluetooth using the Control Panel? (Not turning off and on)
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

In the meantime, we suggest that you run the Bluetooth troubleshooter by:

• Select the Start button, then select Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot.
• Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth > Run the troubleshooter.
