Windows 10: I couldn’t login to my windows

    I couldn’t login to my windows


    I’m using a win11 system. I met the problem of having to wait for 2 hrs to login since my laptop kept having blue screen issues. Now I have tried everything. The only login option I have is using pin. I tried to choose forget my pin in order to reset when I had internet connection, but I kept clicking on the option but nothing happened - I’m still at the login page. I waited more than two hours but I still can’t login. What should I do now? Isn’t there a way just to login to my account?
