Years ago I created a home workgroup homegroup and did not use for awhile and misplaced the password etc. I now want to remove the network and just use sharing with Win 10 1803 and beyond. Need help in how to eliminate the network, which is on three notebooks all running win 10 1903.

Is there any way possible to remove the workgroup from a pc, and completely disable the setting? the standard work group create by windows has been overrun with hackers.

i've run up in a problem...I was setting up a wlan with another pc from my new insp 1520 and ended up setting it right but with the exception of making an invalid entry in the pc's workgroup showing a "computer not found on the network". Now how can I remove it! ANy suggestions ??? *Confused OR HIDE IT PLZ!

 

Any late news for recovering workgroup password or removing existing workgroup?

I have 3 desktop and 1 laptop running windows 10 in my home. One of them is a new system originally supplied with Windows 10, the other 3 have been updated to windows 10. I have a workgroup installed, and I believe I have the password. But the workgroup
will not accept the password, nor can I see how to delete the workgroup and install new. I have read responses, the newest over a year old, and I hope there is more help available than there was a year ago.
