Merging xbox accounts

Due to joining Gold the wrong way I created another account on my xbox 360.

- Confusing menus.

So for some games the old account owns some DLCs. This is no problem on the xbox 360 where the accounts can use each others DLCs but it is a problem on xbox one with xbox 360 games. I would like to merge the old account into the new account.
