I currently having problems with what appears to be the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. My current GPU GeForce RTX 3070 is also showing is the display adapters too, but the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter is showing a Code 31 error This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device Code 31. The driver trying to start is not the same as the driver for the POSTed display adapter." . I believe this is causing my main monitor to stutter about every ten seconds. The stutter makes several lines across the top of my screen for about 1 second.I

the problem is cannot change microsoft basic display adapter, not getting full screen on display, also seeing a yellow arrow on the adapter in device manager, was able to get full screen when using win xp. how do i fix this problem,

4. Clicked on display adapter

5. Then i ooened Microsoft basic display adapter

6. Then i clicked on update driver.

Then i clicked on search automatically
