Windows 10: i deleted a volum on my disk and lost storage capacity

i do not know how or why it hapend and not eaven the comand promt can see that it is suposed to be more storage .what hapend was i had maid a windows startup drive for my friend who had to instal windows. it worked and when i got home i whanted to use the driv for somthing else. first i tryed to format the disk but as expected most of the storage wasn't alicated. i whent to the disk manager and tryed to format the disk and figured i could delet the volume and then make a new to simplefy the proses. hear comes the problem, befor i deleted the volume i had 32gb alocated and 96gb not alocated whe

How to Restore Storage Capacity to a Flash Drive that has been used as media

CAUTION: This document assumes the drive was formatted to a smaller disk size for a specific purpose, like to create OS media. If it is being used to store data for ANY reason, BACK UP YOUR DATA before attempting any of these steps. Any
data that is not backed up will be lost upon completion.

Although it might look like a flash drive used as media has lost storage, it has actually been partitioned using Disk Management. To reformat the flash drive to its original capacity, take the following steps on your Windows 10 computer:

1. Load Windows to the desktop as normal.
   
2. Insert your affected flash drive into a USB port on the computer.
   
3. Search Control on the Start menu and run the Control Panel.
   
4. Set the Control Panel to Large Icon view.
   
5. Open Administrative Tools.
   
6. Select Disk Management.
   
7. Select your flash drive and delete its existing partition.
   
8. Format and reset your flash drive to its full capacity with Disk Management.

The process takes time for the drive to reset, but afterwards it should work normally again.

 

How to restore a volume accidentally deleted from Storage Spaces

Need urgent help here:

1. I have a Mass Storage Space created in Windows 10 and it includs 3 disks

2. In Disk Manager, I accidentally deleted the volume on the storage space

3. The files are all there intact on the three disk as in the Storage Space management page the disks are all showing as being at capacity (see attached screen shot below)

4. In disk manager, the D drive previously associated with the Storage Space is now showing as unallocated

Question: Is it possible to restore the volume on the storage space? If I create a volume on the D drive without formatting it, would that allow me to access all the files still in the Storage Space?
