I deleted all my programs and apps but its all of the ones I downloaded

So I bought an Asus laptop...it was all nicely set up, I could browse, go through the Microsoft store but something has went terribly wrong. I downloaded Microsoft 365 I'm pretty sure I was really trying to set up my Office subscription. I was pushed to do a reset after everything payment wise was confirmed. The computer reset and what I'm thinking happened is I deleted all my programs and apps but its all of the ones I downloaded...and I can't access the store anymore either. It's like I deleted all the bells and whistles... help...

    :)

Programs Missing From Control Panel List

I was able to get rid of XNVIEW by downloading it and using it's own uninstaller.
Have tried method suggested by Pyramid 10 with photoscape without success.
Can't figure out how to do what is asked.

    Your next suggestion?

    Deleting apps

    Hello Kelly,

We would like to know more information about your issue so that we will know why you are unable to delete applications on your computer:

    • What changes/updates have you made prior to the issue?
    • Is there an error message when you try to uninstall an application?

In the meantime, I would suggest that you try the steps in this article on
how to uninstall apps and programs in Windows 10.

We will wait for your response.

    Regards.

One More Step before I begin

I think it may be prudent to put together a step-by-step here.

    1. You might start with the list of installed programs you provided using Ccleaner, but deleting the ones you will not reinstall (no longer necessary). Then we could make a list of everything program-wise needed for preparation. You'll need downloads/installers, keycodes (where required), and data backups.

    2. A printout from Belarc or Speccy will provide a system inventory to evaluate driver requirements.

That would be how I would start. The preparation really is the longest part of it all.
