Windows 10: I deleted an important software, i cannot create recovery drive and installation media...

I've tried making recovery drives on other computers, but that doesn't work maybe because it isn't the same one and I've tried to use installation media but it says something like 'autorun.dll' cannot be run. everything I open closes, and I have not made backup on my device :

To assist you better with your concern, are you getting an error message upon creating a recovery drive, as well as creating a bootable USB drive? If yes, what's the error message?

If the steps provided did not work, we suggest that you save your important files using an external hard drive and then perform a clean install.

After doing a clean install, you may create a recovery drive.
