Windows 10: I deleted bcd00000000 in the registry editor and then to restore it i tried system restore...

I have windows 11 home.It doesn't even gives the option to reset my pc.It says to troubleshoot or shutdown and when i press trouble shoot it gives me 6 options. Please help by explaining how to get windows running.

How to delete inactive System Image Restore Points in System Restore

Windows 10 64-bit.
When I click "show more restore points" in System Restore I see a bunch of old "system image restore points" that were deleted in past and do not correspond to any currently active restore points. Clicking any of these old restore points, I simply get an error message saying they could not be found, and to select another restore point instead.I would like to delete these restore points listings but have been unable to do so.
So far, I have tried steps mentioned below without any luck :

Disk Cleanup through (C Properties
Disable System Protection (OFF and ON) in System Protection for OS (C
Disk Space Usage to minimum (slider button all the way to the left then 'Delete all restore points for this drive'),
Delete all shown Restore points in CCleaner (the problem ones do not show here),
Reset Windows Backup to Default in Windows 10 with 'Reset_Windows_Backup.bat' utility.

Any suggestions highly welcome.

Perform System restore.

I suggest you to perform system restore and select a date prior to the changes which was done with the registry values and check if the issue gets fixed.

To perform System restore:

• Press Windows key + X, select
  System.
• In the left pane, click on System Protection.
• Select the option to system restore
  > next. It will show all restore points already created.
• Select the date prior to the date on which you have made the registry changes.

How do I restore something I deleted in my registry editor?

If you did not backup your registry before deleting that set of keys, there is little chance of being able to rewrite that set of keys manually, as they are system specific, including PC Name, Network adaptors . . . etc.

What you could do is try a System Restore (System Restore keeps a copy of your Registry Keys), if a restore point exists:

• Press the Shift Key whilst clicking Restart, your System will boot into the Windows 10 Recovery Environment
• From the Recovery Environment, go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Options - System Restore
• If there is a recent restore point, select it and restore your system
• Hopefully this operation will rewrite those Registry Keys
