  1. I deleted files in OneDrive but it also deleted the Actual Files themselves

So when I went to delete files on the OneDrive site I thought it was only going to delete my backup files but when I when to the desktop half of my apps were gone and everything in my documents and pictures was gone.I decided just to delete everything and only back up files I felt were needed but I didn't know deleting those files deleted the actual files they were backing up. I restored all the files in the trash but it stopped because it went over 5 gbs. A lot of those files are important to me and I would really like to not lose them. What do I do?

    :)

    Cannot delete files in Temp

There are a few files that i cant delete in
    C:\Documents and Settings\1st User\Local Settings\Temp
which are ~DF567B.tmp, ~DFB71E.tmp, ~ROMFN_000007A8 and Perflib_Perfdata_7a8.dat. And some times there are a few more.
What are these files and why cant they be deleted?

    Cant Delete Files From Desktop

Well, ran into a weird bug with vista, for some reason i cant delete files from desktop, this normaly happens to .exe files, the ONLY fix seems to be to KILL explorer.exe, and delete the file, then restat explorer, anybody got any idea why this happens?
