    Hello so i deleted bunch of things from Local disk OS C: and now i cant even use settings. I think i deleted system or programm idk. PLS HELPPPPPP. I tried to restore system but it seems that my Control panel has also been deleted. Im currently using window11 pls helppppppp idk what to doooo
