Windows 10: I deleted my account and can't access startup repair due to a password

I deleted my main account/administrator account from my PC and it still shows up on the lock screen with no other accounts and the password isn't the same I try to use startup repair and it asks for a password that I don't have

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.

more info : when logon screen appear ,user name:administrator (depend os language ) without password --- now you are a super administrator

 

Windows Startup password

Is it possible to remove a startup password without being able to log into the system? A friend's laptop just prompt her today for a password that she never enabled. Now, she does have a standard user account password, but that doesn't work for the startup password. She had the computer for about a year now and it has never asked for a startup password until today.

I tried to use Hiren Boot CD to run a diagnostic on the laptop, but it has a bsod. Windows 10 normal boot crashes as well
