Windows 10: I deleted my driver by accident, and now when I start up my PC it will seemingly try to...

I’ve been trying to find other solutions to this.I’ve tried updating BIOS, entering safe mode to no avail, and even unplugging my pc for a few hours, but nothing worked. I deleted my driver to try and update them with nvidias new drivers dumb I know and deleted it before I downloaded the NVIDIA driver. I tried fully wiping my computer right after I deleted my driver, and it worked, but it put me in this loop where I boot up my pc, it tries to load in, and then blue screens.Help!

Still have the same problem with my battery saying 70% available, (plugged in, not charging) though.

Hi!

There seems to be a kind of a mess after deletion of your current driver.
Have you tried step-by-step drivers update procedure including Driver Sweeper, deleting Prefetch and Temp folders, etc?

 

microsoft account accidently deleted

Accidently deleted an account on one pc,will it delete it on the other along with files? Pc it was deleted off was in airplane mode.
